1 Introduction & Definitions

Welcome to the H Bajiee platform (hbajiee.biz). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between H Bajiee and its users ("you" or "Member"). By opening an account, using the platform, or accessing any of our services, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms.

Some key definitions used in this document:

• "H Bajiee" or "Platform" — The hbajiee.biz website and all associated services.
• "Member" or "User" — the person who holds and manages a registered account on H Bajiee.
• "Bet" or "Wager" — a prediction on the outcome of an event or game, placed with a specified amount of money.
• "Balance" — the total funds deposited or earned in a member's account.
• "Bonus" — a special reward or extra credit granted by H Bajiee.

2 Account Registration

To use H Bajiee's services, you must create a personal account. You are required to provide accurate and truthful information during registration. Opening an account with false or incorrect information is a violation of our Terms and Conditions and may result in account suspension or termination.

Each person may only open one account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same person, all accounts will be suspended or cancelled and any bonuses earned may be forfeited.

• You must provide your correct name, mobile number, and date of birth at registration.
• Keeping your account password confidential is solely your responsibility.
• Sharing or allowing third parties to access your account is not permitted.
• If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, notify H Bajiee immediately.

3 Age Verification & Eligibility

H Bajiee strictly does not serve anyone under the age of 18. During registration, you must confirm that you are at least 18 years old. H Bajiee may request proof of identity for age verification at any time.

Acceptable documents for verification:

• National ID Card (NID)
• Passport
• Birth Registration Certificate
• Driving License

If age verification fails or the user is found to be under 18, the account will be closed immediately. Any deposited funds will be returned, but no bonuses or winnings will be paid out.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

H Bajiee supports the most popular payment methods available in Bangladesh. All transactions are processed through secure encryption.

Deposit Rules:

• Minimum deposit amount is ৳500.
• Deposits are typically credited to your account instantly.
• Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used.
• Deposits from another person's account will not be accepted.

Withdrawal Rules:

• Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 1–24 hours.
• KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal.
• Withdrawals may be restricted until the bonus rollover requirements are met.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

General Bonus Terms:

• The applicable rollover requirements must be met before a bonus can be withdrawn.
• The welcome bonus applies once only, on your first deposit.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used simultaneously unless explicitly stated.
• Any unused bonus will be forfeited once it expires.
• Withdrawals from a bonus are not permitted until the bonus conditions have been met.

H Bajiee reserves the right to cancel or modify any bonus offer at any time. If abuse of the bonus program is found, the account in question will be suspended.

6 Betting Rules

The following rules apply when placing bets on H Bajiee:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• Odds offered before an event starts are subject to change.
• If any bet is affected by a technical issue, H Bajiee's decision will be final.
• Some bets may be voided in Live Betting due to data delays.
• H Bajiee reserves the right to set maximum limits on any bet.
• Bets showing suspicious patterns may be held pending investigation.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on H Bajiee:

• Operating an account under a false identity.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial transactions.
• Misuse of the bonus system or bonus abuse.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to the platform's software.
• Creating multiple accounts to collect bonuses.
• Fraudulent activity involving other members.
• Allowing anyone under 18 to access or use an account.

Any account found engaging in the prohibited activities listed above will be immediately suspended or permanently closed. H Bajiee also reserves the right to pursue legal action where applicable.

8 Privacy & Data Protection

10 Account Closure & Suspension

H Bajiee reserves the right to suspend or close accounts in the following circumstances:

• In the event of a Terms & Conditions violation.
• If evidence of fraud or deception is found.
• Extended periods of inactivity (over 12 months).
• As directed by a legal or regulatory authority.

Members can also, at any time, Help Center to submit a request to close your account. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw your balance before closure.

11 Changes to Terms
